I being responsible for the installation of alternate gas network project at the vendor end i.e M/s A.K. Enterprises for the given work order from TATA PROJECTS LTD. at BOKARO STEEL PLANT learnt many different things from work being issued till the completetion of work. Planning, Estimation, manpower management, time management, technical skills, documentations, waste time management, making place suitable for work, leading the team of skilled and unskilled workers following safety measures which seems to be the most important.
