Please in the organisation are team players and help one another from different departments. There is a sense of dignity of labour and every staff member from a clear to a business head is equally respected. That is the best thing about A.T.E. Other than that there is high level of transparency which makes work life easier.

Overall somewhat had a good experience

Being fresher and working at medium scale industry, I learned several quality skills during my tenure. The workplace was good and the managers in all the department were so humble and nice especially the Engineering department.

Good company with nice management, on time salary, increment and nice coworkers, Seniors helps juniors to grow and learn a lot on imported machines. The only issue is for service engineers is that they donot get time for there family as they are always out of stations due to lot of work company is having. Also for electrical engineers company wants to get a bond of 3 years signed as they want them to send for foreign training.
