Faber Castel is the one of best reputed company from Germany. Higher Management level staff never think about Cassual staff ( worker is worker) no proper Standard , no proper safety, no proper hygenie, each and every work is done on contract basis were their is no value for cassual staff.

Good to work for short period,not long time for carrer growth.Financial growth comparetively is low.Brand image is good but not for 3 tier town,working culture is good.
