very productive and maturing

It was a nice journey and I could contribute by setting direction and designing cutting edge enterprise application in the field of Employee Benefit Administration domain which virtually change the focus of the company. Starting day with "Stand-up" meeting with teams, reviewing progress, concerns and resolving on daily basis. Planning, tracking and analyze with team leads and senior resources. Sitting with lead/developer one-o-one to understand their concerns and at times help them guide the right direction being hands-on so as to manage any future risk and taking care of their personal time as well. Co-coordinating with sales team and taking part in pre-sales. managing prospect and clients on regular basis. Managing and controlling the cost/budget by re-aligning resources and other cost cutting measures. Managing risks and controlling delay in delivery to further containing cost. Architecting the product and comforting client against their concerns.
