Work culture is very stressful. Working on weekends also.First day got laptop.Pantry is there with canteen. No lunch is provided.No parking in the office premises.Mediclaim doenot include parents.

Drawings and detailing are extremely good at AECOM. AECOM has best designers, best working culture and If I consider in Indian working culture then definitely I would like to say that AECOM is a best Consultancy company in India according my experience as I have 7.5 years experience whereas I am still working at AECOM since 2nd January, 2020.From entry-level to senior level accommodation is not provided by AECOM.

Pros

Salary done at the end date of that month. There is no delay to have salary.

Cons

Increment is done but it is very minimal.

I want to say that I am more than satisfied with the work culture, amazing seniors, and overall environment of AECOM. Apart from the grand welcome party or nice gifts we got in these few months, the real satisfaction I got after I was included in a project. I started to understand what real engineering looks like and I thought to myself, “Yes, I can do this for the rest of my career.” I will highly recommend people who want to pursue core engineering to join this company.
