Drawings and detailing are extremely good at AECOM. AECOM has best designers, best working culture and If I consider in Indian working culture then definitely I would like to say that AECOM is a best Consultancy company in India according my experience as I have 7.5 years experience whereas I am still working at AECOM since 2nd January, 2020.From entry-level to senior level accommodation is not provided by AECOM.
Pros
Salary done at the end date of that month. There is no delay to have salary.
Cons
Increment is done but it is very minimal.

What is the best part of working at the company?Working atmosphere. From top to bottom all members are cooperative.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Working pressure. Facing transportation problem from office to siteWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?It's a very good company. Working culture and working atmosphere are good here. All managers are very much supportive. I have enjoyed every minute to work here. What is a typical day like for you at the company?My joining day. Everyone warmly received me that day. Overall company is good. HR policies which cannot be explained is good. Better to work in Head office other than site offices. Top management to be changed for better performance of the company.
