Low Thinking Management

HR is only for name shake , Why so much ego and attitude . They can pay huge amount to Digital company for branding and visibility but can not invest/pay to employees . At time of increment started crying about no funds.Dont dare to inform Management during your resignation where you will be joining they will give negative review about you to prospective employer.job security is a mythpaycut/no pay in covid timeToxic culture & micro management

company for uneducated persons, not for educated

this company will treat employee as labour. we need complete all tasks of the day on the day itself, otherwise we cannot leave the company.there is no job security, if management decides your job will be terminated immediately. when i performed well, they did not provide increment
