There should be no partiality as it creates negativity in the work culture.

AAK kamani is making Oil and Fats and have good market value in market and have good brand image. Its MNC company with powerful management. they have very good hold on big customer in market. This company making only specialty in Oil and Fats. they are making fats for chocolate industries, FD segment (Ice Cream), Bakery segment and oil for Hotel and some Pharma industries.
