They provide good salary and good work environment. My fellow colleagues were helping and good in nature expect some of them. But other than that you can easily survive there if you are confident. In my case I didn't have any prior experience of full time job so it was really tough and stressful for me to spend full day on a chair specially in starting and manage work life and married life together. So these are some reasons due to which I couldn't continue and handle my job. It was more my faults rather than the company's.

More stress and zero job security

Full of pressure job , management just support their favourite employees only .. they didn't support other employees . Full of politics in institutions. Teachers just have bad eyes on smart girls like on counselors .
