Mostly through stringent HR interview process
Both online and offline... I joined via campus interview.
Freshers get hired by campus placement ( B Tech & MBA ). Once you have minimum two years experience in ABB recognised companies , you can apply for the job if vacancies are available on Job Portals ( Like Indeed , Naukri.com etc )
