FP&A Team is good to work for a year or two, but not more than that—limited scope for learning and growth. There is a flat structure. Management keeps changing the organizational structure so instability seems. However, ABB as a company is great place to work for.

I have gained experience over the years working as an assistant administrator for ABB Limited with knowledge of IT - excel, word, Powerpoint and outlook and working for Serene Waters as facilities Co-ordinator. It was very nice to interact with our Company customers in their needs, especially discuss on the product catalogues, offers, etc. I always enjoyed in giving my best in whichever job I was assigned

As they are good and nice to work and the process is slow and they don't have a salary as per the market standard .They don't have free lunch and everything for travel and upskills depends on the manager ..If they don't consider than our life I'll be not as required

ABB is an amazing industrial MNC which gives a lot of learning opportunities with challenging assignments in a delivery/target oriented competitive environment with good work life balance. Expect slow growth and nominal increase in remuneration. Top Leadership is European and is very inclusive but also demanding. It's a stable and safe place to settle in to a rhythm.
