Quality products and brand building in front of customers
Good company to work. Employee centric company. Regular training for all level of employee. For filed employee working hours are not stable. Stockiest handelings are done by a different team which is an issue.
Growth is slow
Employee friendly, Good culture, Good compensation. Lot of training & Development for employee. Upper management is good. Some politics in promotions
Good Environment to learn and good processes are in place the only draw back is No time for family if you are in managerial role, incentives are there but on lower side. Acknowledgement of good work is rare and job pressure is huge,management is cumbersome.

Abbott was a very good learning experience for me. It was very challenging to work in the OTC segment . I left the job because I was in FMCG category and asked to do the doctor visit which was not matched with my skills

Good company, great benifits, best in oharma industry..dont wanna leave ever but for front line sales people very less opportunuties to grow further...
Started my career in the above mentioned company. Learned a lot like discipline, doing job efficiently& management. Provided in-dependency to work & produce result. Fun activities during early meets provided employees to re-energize and go to the field of their work with extra energy and produce better results. Last 5 years of my service , my observation : 1.Promoting wrong person for a job. 2. Making group for wrong reason and providing benefit to each others,( specially lower and middle management).
