Easygoing workplace

1. Not more than 2-3 hours of work in most roles. Huge pharma industry margins ensure that org and operations are bloated and inefficient compared to FMCGs2. Slow progress and learning, low salary growth3. Job rotations are rare, most people stagnate in roles for long periods. 4. Low flexibility- only 2 days/month WFH even after pandemic, even in roles where all meetings are happen teams.5. Loads of free time for politics by most long timers6. Senior management hires are almost always external since internally rotations and grooming are slow.7. Peer learning is very limited.8. For the first time, company has fired people in non-sales roles in 2023. There is risk of not being relevant as per market standards after getting fired if you stay for too long in one role in this company

Do something to break union in Abbott ..It will achieve tremendously results as we daily face blackmailing and misbehave by technicians at work who find ways to stop and haul work even they alwsys do overtime at their conditions on Daily basis with dominant attitude over management

I think Abbott has a monopoly brands in the market but the same time they are very week HR process. People from out side Abbott have lots of expectation on the organization, Brands, Culture, and Growth & Rewards, but everything is okay but growth and rewards is a big myth in the market.
