Though was excited to work here but this particular division consumer care does not have any ethics in work and all in management know about unethical pratices and still encourage by giving inflated targets without even knowing whats happening at ground level. People give huge discounts by offering their incentives and extra to sell the products without which the product doesnt sell this much. Its all a whole a big gambling sort of business or to say as worse as auction. Better dont join
