Perhaps the worst experience till date.

What is the best part of working at the company?I am unable to think of anything good about my work experience at the company.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?There is nothing good about this company. They set unrealistic targets for everyone and then deduct a proportionate amount from the salary if the targets are not met.

What is the best part of working at the company?nothing is good here. Initially I thought that opinions differ from person to person that is why ppl have written such bad reviews about the company but to my shock it was true indeed. Co. makes employees work like anything and set unrealistic targets so that nobody gets full salary except very few. And they do not tell you at the time of joining that its a target based paying jobWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?salary and targets are so unrealistic that it is not possible to achieve for 99% of the emp.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?since its wfh job.dont bother about the env.What is a typical day like for you at the company?exhausting, no salary, no achievement, no performance.Only frustration at the end of the day

A fine to learn the basics of subject

Working in this organization will bring a lot bunch of disappointment as there are no seniors to guide your or to lend support. Management is least bothered about the team coordination. Target based. Shift in projects without prior knowledge.

Salary structure is not good. They do not inform the potential candidates that salary deductions will be done if the targets are not achieved. Targets are kept way high to reduce the salary payments. They ask you to install a software hubstaff that keeps an eye on you for the 9 hours you work by taking screenshot after every 4 mins. Salary deductions are done even if the activity level is low or 9 hours are not completed. They will blame you of the targets are not met even though they do not have work to give to their employees. So basically you are freelancer but worse.

This is the worst company with no sense of work and employee satisfaction. They do not take consider employees as humans, rather they think of them as Robots. They can terminate you any time irrespective of how well you have performed. Very bad management, worst people I have worked with.

Very bad experience. I left my job after 7 days. They are not truthful about their job with employees. I was told by hr to do work for different time. But when I joined it was totally different schedule.

It's a worst company I have ever seen in my life

During the interview I was never told about its work culture. When I joined it, they asked me to install hub staff in my person system( which is totally a violation of personal information policy), it was taking random screenshots of my screen that can take your personal emails screenshot too, so you can't open your personal gmail id in your system for those working 10-12 hours. Secondly, their official working hours are 9 hours but work is too much that can't be completed in even 11 hours too. If you are not meeting your daily target (50questions per day), they show it as production lag and deduct your salary as per the product lag. Overall, giving 11-12 hours daily, you won't meet their target and then you won't get full salary in your account. Only 1st and 3rd Saturdays are off, others are working. They don't have employee friendly policies. They treat their employees like a working machine. After joining this company, you must forget every thing (family and social life etc.) except their production target that is much higher than expected. I left this company within 20 days after joining because working over here was so stressful. Overall, it's a worst company I have ever seen in my life.
