Salary issues

It is more like freelancing as the salary is considered for deduction if there is a lag in the daily target and the activity is below target. The company uses an application to trace the activity of employees, which tracks every detailed information while using your own system/PC.Despite the hard work and efforts, the entire salary is deducted. Also, they deduct the amount from the salary if any product (pen-tab, laptop, mic) is required to work on a new project.

Acadecraft is a good place to work and learn or get good exposure for your carrier. A company having multiple projects for E-Learning solutions and many more. A healthy environment for your learning. They have the best SEO team, content writing team, e-learning solution providers, and web development team.

Work from home in Corona pandemic but we have to work for long hours.

The Best At Its Peak...

Infrastructure is awesome. Office premises are very clean. New and innovative ideas coming from employees are warmly welcomed by seniors and also implemented by proper guidance. Got opportunities to learn how to handle multiple projects at one time. Team members and management are quite supportive.

The work environment of the company is quite good. Moreover, the teammates are friendly and supportive. If you need any help, you can always connect with your manager or team lead. Management not supportive

Acadecraft is good but sometimes I observed some issues with the manager, I can't get proper support from them. And not done work with the rule regulation, They can't understand the problems.

Work load is so much high.

The work provided in the company is not from your domain but you have to do it. The salary is not according to your work and effort you apply to complete the task.
