Too much work load on middle management staffs

Senior staffs are happy, they are off loading all their jobs to juniors, 24 hrs junior staffs are struggling, no timing to exit plant but in time and lunch time is very much strict

If given an opportunity from any of my previous company. I would leave the company instantly with no second thought in my mind

What is the best part of working at the company?People can give you a lot of work; but you need to work very little. Otherwise in coming year end review; you will achieve nothing. And there are "n-No. of reasons" to show your poor performance.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?System of Management is very poor.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very Nice. Until & unless your year-end review is not out.What is a typical day like for you at the company?They will not share their single policy. And on another had they need your total knowledge.

Stressful work

1st Company in india to launch Cement, Our Lakheri Plan is asia's 1st plant who start manufacturing of Cement. Monday is a typical day as we are taking equipment for maintainance. It's a oldest plant with modern equipment, People are very simpler no violation. If we love to work then no hard part for the job.Enjoyed a lot in every audits and maintainance of the equipment.

Excellent workspace and document storage system supported by ERP

ACC Ltd is best place to work for safe, healthy environment, job related training, cross functional expertise, learning in ERP, residential accomodation at cement plants and projects, Green building and spacious head office. Importance of organisation health and safety at office and cement plants. Regular medical check up for all employees.

Productive work with lots of pressure handling

Very Good Company but pressure level is much higher. But it's help a lot to mange ourselves in any working environment.It's an institution which creates busy salesman in cement industry.

Productive, not challenging, old working method.

The work environment is not that challenging.Everything is well settled but me myself always wanted to perform my morden way of mining. Now mining and quarrying became economical with morden working methods.

Good work culture. TL helps a lot. Supportive colleagues.

There is only two shift for freshers, if you are in the morning then you need to log in at 6:30 AM and if you are in the afternoon shift then you need to log in at 3 PM. Work-life balance is good, not that much work pressure.

This company is very good excellent for fresh and talented person. I'm technically Officer at ACC cement company limited . If perform well that's is very useful for every ACC cement member .it company management is very impressive and excellent for company employees. The hardest part of company do work properly you get good chance for promotion
