Accenture treats the aspirant candidates very badly who came to company for talking an interview. Just a fake name.. nothing more in this company...
Due to Covid19 reduces manpower.
All companies are same when it comes to your boss not supporting and HR having an upper hand
Primary reason is the way management and the HR are dealing with the people management
Poor performance evaluation process.
Poor canteen facilities.
Long working hours though its ok as long as getting well paid.
Management is not supportive & behaviour of its HR department is worse for freshers
Management is not supportive even if you female employee and if you have any issue from project side.
Management is there only for generic no specific opinion for your indivosual issue
As a fresher I came into Accenture with many hopes and to learn corporate culture, but I am really sorry to say this I am living out because,if I still continue with this process I should leave and compromise my self respect also, very bad work culture, where employee's are treated as a sleeves,it's not total Accenture mistake,in few process this thing is happening where TL are talking upper hand and making us as slaves.Due to this reason many of them left this company,please if someone who can help in changing this work culture please take further actions on it.
Pathetic condition for returning mothers support - Managers and supervisors forces verbally and indirectly asks to leave the company if the returning mothers asks for work from home projects option.
Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
