Accenture Employee Review
Competitive, Market leaders, ahead in technology and processes
My experience with Accenture is great, we know we should not fall in love with company but still it makes you do that. Its my 12th year with Accenture.Very friendly people, great policies, Medical benefits, LOA and WFH in case of family priorities. In the technology landscape, every employee gets chance to upgrade and stay ahead in the market. Recent Cloud drive made almost everyone to learn about various cloud technologies and certifications were sponsored :).Lot of Investments are done on employees learning and at the same time on mental health and myxperience activities where people can show case their hobbies,

Good work culture, great scope to learn and apply, free to move on various functional areas, onsite opportunities, support to Diversity
Supervisor has lot of powers so its difficult if you dont get along well.
I spent 9 years with Accenture, Bangalore. Leadership and Sr. Management are very very selfish, they want the project to be successful to get their name lime lighted with client and their managers, but the day you are done with the work, they don't know who you are. Until such time, all false promises. If more follow-ups are done about promotions, either they will talk about lot of unrealistic developmental areas or move you another project.Good thing is based on your performance you get good annual increments and bonus, but don't expect any career growth. You stay in the same level and get good salary, but one fine year your salary will hit wall of that higher bracket, next year your increment is 1% or max2%
Good Team members, Ambiance work culture, good annual increments
No career growth, useless leadership and sr. management
Here employees are treated like any other resources in process to achieve the project / company goal. It is good for fresher level employment. Learning opportunities are available but it needs you to explore and drive yourself to bag it, encouragement from management may bring extra mileage for the entry level of employment.
No importance to career growth at individual level
