Work load will be divided equally in among team members
It depends on the project how much work load you get.
Salary is not as per the market standards unless you have a niche skill.
unspoken culture of "office first, family later",work becomes stagnant since most project are support based,working on challenging assignments is a matter of luck not merit,managers do gaslight employees,expect to be treated like a machine not a human,excess politics at supervisor and above level,can lose job anytime,very little opportunity to grow,

Has quota for women and promotions for women, pay is good if you join as experienced hire

dont adhere to own policies, expect retaliation if asking for roll off, expect salary cuts, future decided by managers mood not merit
It is a good company to work for but a later stage of your career. I would not recommend the new joiners to join and work here. Since not much learning is on offer.
Accenture is good place to work and standards are very high. Zero tolerance in quality and in turn around. Fun place to work around. Good for cultural an sports activities.
So if you are lateral hire in Accenture, it is very good organisation to improve your skills, it gives enough opportunities to the people who wants to learn. Only the drawback is management is still bit of Old School tactics, they would talk about New IT skills like AI, Machine Learning or Cloud Computing, but it comes to take diversion from same old path they would rather choose to go risk free path.
A great place for the people who enjoy flexible working hours. Focuses on the employees's work life balance. Accenture gives opportunity to connect with leadership and it has friendly work environment.
