Accenture working culture is excellent and specially for women there is lots of facilities . We get salary always on time, increamnet bonus system in accenture is awesome you never get disappoint when you perform.
Good things:-1- Work friendly culture2- Fun to work with 3- Always take care of the employees4- Balanced work life5- Transport service is excellentBad things:1- They hire candidates on contract basis and the job security is less.2- Salary is very less as Accenture is very well known firmBut if you want to start your career then it is good Company but always go on pay roll basis

Good atmosphere. It's helps to learn lot of things there. Productive and fun workplace. Every weekend holidays will relax ourselves. Every week fun Friday will happen it's so enjoyable .
HIKE is very low they say you get hike very 9months once,but I got it after 1year because they do on quarterly basis and the growth is very low. You work for 9.5 hours and take salary for 9hours

There is huge internal politics I have been seen in the organization. They will give promotion not on the basis of quality and production criteria and will be given only whoever like them

Accenture service Pvt limited very good company. Office look like passive engery. They will give cab facility and early two times outting. It's company given RNR awards.every Friday night conducting fun sections. Really I like it. And enjoying my jobs with friends
No payroll on performance basis management politics I was the weekly performer at work but no growth provided and they put escalation which often occurs due to lack of proper training even they agree to it and for which the employee needs to stress as they would not help out on such situations

There are lot of opportunities to learn the process and enhance our skills by attending the trainings and other workshops. But the management of some of the BPM projects are so pathetic and Accenture brand name is ruining from that.

I enjoyed work at their. In 11 months tenure i gained so much of experience and knowledge about my work profile as well as tools and the best thing is the atmosphere which we had is most important for me to work. My manager and team lead both are too supportive and give so much scope in short term time period to excel my skills and knowledge. They also give me team responsibilities like team data manage, managing fun-activities on each Friday.
Worst work place and worst management i have ever seen in my life.Management donot listen to the problem of employess and give more stress by knowing about the problem.
