Excellent brand - in india getting spoiled due to non competitive pay and unqualified middle management
Excellent brand - in india getting spoiled due to non competitive pay and unqualified middle management. You get excellent work life balance and a great collaborative work environment.
I joined Accenture with its technology tower in 2019 post my MBA. It has been an exciting start marred by Covid and frequent switching of projects. Accenture has extremely bright and dynamic people where your performance is regularly monitored. One has to be on their toes with frequent learning, certification, capability work apart from their day to day project work.I wish the work-life balance was better. Overall a good company to work with.
Collaboration and Productive work expected by our Organisation. I have learnt Managing and executing IT Projects by interacting with different stakeholder. Learnt how to collaborate and co-operate at the workplace whenever there is an urgent need of work apart from your day-to-day daily roles and responsibilities.
Working at Accenture is easy if one is acquainted with our core values. Abbreviated as CORBIS, this is for Creating Client Value, One Global Network, Respect for Individual, Best People, Integrity and Stewardship. I have found it easy to carry myself within Accenture with these guidelines in mind. It is fast paced, and there is opportunity for growth. It pays better than the other Indian MNCs. We get to work on different technologies, and can share / collaborate with people across the globe. It also has the best learning resources online.
I have been working in Accenture since more than 10 years and I am/was more than happy till recent few years. I still think Accenture by par is or might be better than its Indian peers, but where it has started leaking through is - Less attention to employees - HR is bot/ virtual think and zero human touch - Many of verticals are organisation/empires on their own - Rules are only on paper - Employee compensation and performance evaluation is Da Vinci Code and favoritism is the key for success - Recent global organisational restructuring has started disrupting the empirical IDC structure and it has started affecting in chaotic way to junior employee
The place where you join matters a lot since i have been to Accenture, Hyderabad and Chennai but Accenture Bangalore is lot more professional. So the work culture truly depends on the place where you work and the project/ client you join. Since Accenture is hugely diverse company i think its one of the biggest plus point to join the company.
Free Transport, Large Client base, Pro Women policies
Poor Monetary rewards
LIfe in a day is depend upon or current project you are in , although i find great management with full support form peers and managers, initial in project there might my long working hours but it get settled down later
Company working on almost all new technologies and they started different innovative hubs where different team working in collaboration for success. Company has proper process what a service company should hold. Hardest part of the job was to provide all employee job satisfaction w.r.t work and salary.
