I made only Rs. 10,000 monthly in the beginning, but the hikes were nice. I made Rs. 16,000 monthly by the time I left. Don't expect compassion and help to focus and perform better here. This place is only for the competitive, ego-centered money maker. Regional sects speaking in tamizh only have made for themselves a club here. Be careful. People have huge egos and do politics. If you don't have a illustrious, competitve and skilled mind, this place isn't for you.
Team Outings to 3 to 5 star resaurants
Clash of egos and politics
Good for freshers here as there is no much opportunities and also salary structure is not that good. So for 2 years it's very good to stay and learn as much as possible, and after that it's better to switch as it might impact your career in terms of salary.so please plan it.
Nice work but work place is very bad. To much of politics. Poor management. Salary is very good and bonus is very good give by Accenture then any other company.
Poor management and bad politics within the company.
I have worked with Accenture in India. I felt that there is deep respect for one another and one can trust & rely upon another to deliver on commitments. There was an extremely high degree of ownership and accountability at an individual level - a deep sense of personal commitment. I salute the commitment to "Performance Achievement" at a scale that is daunting - it takes tremendous courage on the part of leadership to initiate this and support it, knowing fully well that it takes multiple years to achieve the intended outcome

Very Professional environment. Good work culture depend on project High work volumes which can at times impact work life balance. I felt that there is deep respect for one another and one can trust & rely upon another to deliver on commitments. There was an extremely high degree of ownership and accountability at an individual level - a deep sense of personal commitment. Accenture's greatest strength can also be its weakness. Its size and speed can cause scary moments - particularly when multiple countries & cultures are involved. The change can be daunting and structures are needed to navigate the rough waters.
10 hrs working and 3-4 hrs for transport. Cab facility is not good. Offers less salary and expects more work. Won't accept leaves or permissions even on special occasions.
5 day week
work-life balance, transport, 10 hrs working, low salary
It is a good place to work, compare to other companies. You can learn a lot of stuff, as my project allowed me to take risk. Good onsite opportunities too
The day to day work involves creating the database objects likes tables ,views functions using T sql . which provides definition ,structure and to maintain data efficiently . Worked in all phases of BI life cycles .The most enjoyable part was to create customized interactive reports and dashboards with SSRS and tableau
I worked at Accenture full-time (For almost a year) Pros Tremendous scale of experience and thoroughly professional. There are a lot of career paths to choose from, you need to have a lot of patience and be vocal about what you want to do Cons This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful. Advice to Management Accenture is a fabulous company and has an amazing workforce.
I had worked with Accenture almost two and half years. Training is good enough to get you acquainted with any new technologies. Transport facility is good but the commute is very far. Duration on the bench is less, provided you say yes to whatever is given.
Working environment is good and recreation room is available.
Commute is very far
