I spent 9 years with Accenture, Bangalore. Leadership and Sr. Management are very very selfish, they want the project to be successful to get their name lime lighted with client and their managers, but the day you are done with the work, they don't know who you are. Until such time, all false promises. If more follow-ups are done about promotions, either they will talk about lot of unrealistic developmental areas or move you another project. Good thing is based on your performance you get good annual increments and bonus, but don't expect any career growth. You stay in the same level and get good salary, but one fine year your salary will hit wall of that higher bracket, next year your increment is 1% or max2%
Pros
Good Team members, Ambiance work culture, good annual increments
Cons
No career growth, useless leadership and sr. management
Had best experiences working with accenture and my team will definitely like to join again if i got the opportunity , i got a very good and talented tean to work with.. To meet the sla on time
Pros
Work culture
Cons
Hike takes long time
Management doesn't care whether you're extraordinary performer. In the end who all in good book get benifits. You will get good work culture though it is not fairly assessed.
Excellent brand - in india getting spoiled due to non competitive pay and unqualified middle management. You get excellent work life balance and a great collaborative work environment.
unspoken culture of "office first, family later",work becomes stagnant since most project are support based, working on challenging assignments is a matter of luck not merit, managers do gaslight employees, expect to be treated like a machine not a human, excess politics at supervisor and above level, can lose job anytime, very little opportunity to grow,
Pros
Has quota for women and promotions for women, pay is good if you join as experienced hire
Cons
dont adhere to own policies, expect retaliation if asking for roll off, expect salary cuts, future decided by managers mood not merit
Rumour is that Accenture will pay more money when they required people and removing members with any job security. Lots of politics between Sr. managers and supervisors . No work ethics.
Able to balance my life and work. Proper training is given and there are a lot of developmental levels of training provided if we get promoted to the advanced role.
Pros
desired break outs, vactions, perks
Good projects in their portfolio.Decent work culture. Flexible timings. Support during covid. Good pieces of training to learn. Good infrastructure. Your growth depends on which projects you are in.
- Work-Life balance is Good - Great Work Environment - Competitive Salary & Employee Benefits- Team members & lead should be co-operative- Job Security Concern.

Nice work environment and get an opportunity to learn new technologies. Lot of learning opportunity. Flexible work location. 1. If you are in a development team, quality of work will be very high under limited work pressure. 2. Lots and lots of projects. 3. Healthy work environment and culture. 4. Lots of scope for training and learning. 5. Good facilities in workplace. 6. Lots of extracurricular activities. 7. One can easily take leaves.
Pros
good hike and learning
Cons
no onsite
Very cooperative between colleagues but coming to the negetives slightly long time hours to work and extremely very good in terms of work culture
Good company Inclusion and diversity Interesting work Active managementGood work culture and ethicsDecent promotions and benefits ,................................................. ... Lot of breadth in the work Accenture does Global company with global policies
Good working culture and compitative with others, more options for new technology swaps and training are available to get good opportunities in work place, to help our carrier growth.
No payroll on performance basis management politics I was the weekly performer at work but no growth provided and they put escalation which often occurs due to lack of proper training even they agree to it and for which the employee needs to stress as they would not help out on such situations
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Compulsory OT, Extending Shift, Low Salary
Good but no job security politics is going around when ever they wish with out giving any reason they can kick out you from job Besides that accenture is having long working ours
You will learn n explore for sure... You will meet the rightful skilled people ... The sad part is, the mentioned variable payout is just a gimmick and you will hardly get 1% of it and the rest 99% goes into accenture Bank...you will have to work for longer durations without any extra pay...job these days is also not so secured...
Pros
Working exposure... Career growth
Cons
Long working hours... Less pay n zero varaible payout...cheap politics
Worst job, long work hours, learnt nothing but how to work in MS Excel, workplace culture is bad, only local people get the advantage. there is no enjoyable part of this job.
Pros
No pros
Cons
Long work hours, less salary, no future scope, no job security, no job satisfaction
Noting good... Always there is in undue pressure to get new client... Lot of politics... You can't get good rating unless u do bootliking.... No collaboration all are looking to score in view of manager....
Not at all a good company to be part of, will squeeze you to the core and they will throw you out just to meet budget targets, not a people oriented company
