ProsOffice infrastructure is excellent. Amazing canteens, bay areas, etc.Pick up and drop facilities. If you are good with your TL, you can opt-out from the cab facility and reimburse a good amount showing that you stay far away from the office. The clinic inside the campus. If you are sick, can go for a quick checkup.Shift allowances if you work on odd shifts.Culturel programs.ConsYou should be really lucky to work on a technology you like. Otherwise, you will end up with a technology that they assign. No flexibility at all. You will have to be at the office on time and stay there for long 9 working hours. You will be always under the radar. No WFH and flexible timings (mainly in support projects). They have well defined corporate theories but there are a lot of internal politics. If you are exceptionally good, you won’t be affected by any of those politics. Most of the works are not technical. This is the reason they are recruiting a bulk number of freshers from different engineering branches. Most of the works is just like washing a car. Washing a car doesn’t need much knowledge and doesn’t have much value, but it’s needed!
Working at Accenture was a very good start to my career. I used to face new challenges everyday and got many opportunities to interact with clients across globe. I learned to manage day to day activities very efficiently and meet my deadlines very neatly on time. Amazing place to work because of the wonderful workplace culture.
Great culture, to teach work ethics and delivery quality, customer centric its as well as ease to work in a diverse environment . Management leads by example
Worst company in my 12 years of experience. No work culture. Not at all employee friendly. They are self proclaimed people/employee centric company but ground reality is completely different. Zero work life balance. Expected to work as if you have no life apart from work. Unrealistic expecations from the management. Zero appreciation or recognition. When you try to reach out for help, you will hear "Hey, you signed up for it."

It was really great experience to work with such people , i absolutely enjoyed work at every moment. Every person i worked with had good energy levels at work because of the type of work environment they create in accenture is wonderfull.
I have been working at Accenture full-time for quite many years Pros Flexible work hours, work from easily available, amazing work culture. Cons Not that great hikes in some project. But that totally depends on project.
Had been working in Accenture for last 4 years. Joined as fresher and worked in Accenture for 4 years. The learning and exposure u will get completely depends on the project and ur manager. My manager is very motivational and always push the resources up. I switched to a prod based big giant now. But my first project and manager laid the strong foundation for my career.
Great culture, Wfh, onsite ( many people got onsite and stayed there for min 3-4 years in my project), supportive team, Job Security, Team outings
Politics ( inevitable in all companies. Learn to handle.).
