Accenture is a very good place to learn and work. Being #1 IT services in the world, there are a lot of technologies that one can choose to work on. Though the company has a very good work culture, the work life balance often depends on the project and the team that we are a part of. The people in Accenture are amazing.
Invest lots on training gives good opportunities in career, can learn lots of new things in work as well as culture, Relaxed way of working, best coworkers, over time is never encouraged, diverse, no cons to say about
Accenture has a good work life balance. The employees and management team are very supportive! The culture is very positive and it is a fun environment. New ideas are encouraged and implemented. Management is transparent and shares high-level goals and company changes I really appreciate that the company allows flexibility in your workday. this is the first time I'm actually excited on my commute in the morning. .

Overall a good learning place, depends on the project though, same goes for team-mates/manager and higher authorities, they allow you to learn new technologies which is a very good point at least in the competitive field of development.
Work from home, flexible timings.
Pay is less they deduct a lot showing this and that and personally i hate the cafeteria.
A place where you can learn many things like, People Engagement, How to work as a Team. Well, the good part to work here is you will never work alone and you will get many support from the Company like, Different kind of Training Programs, Certification Course etc.
The place where you join matters a lot since i have been to Accenture, Hyderabad and Chennai but Accenture Bangalore is lot more professional. So the work culture truly depends on the place where you work and the project/ client you join. Since Accenture is hugely diverse company i think its one of the biggest plus point to join the company.
