It was mixed experience and lot of learning opportunity. No work life balance. It depends on your team. Good cab facility. They do micr management, not good
I spent 9 years with Accenture, Bangalore. Leadership and Sr. Management are very very selfish, they want the project to be successful to get their name lime lighted with client and their managers, but the day you are done with the work, they don't know who you are. Until such time, all false promises. If more follow-ups are done about promotions, either they will talk about lot of unrealistic developmental areas or move you another project.Good thing is based on your performance you get good annual increments and bonus, but don't expect any career growth. You stay in the same level and get good salary, but one fine year your salary will hit wall of that higher bracket, next year your increment is 1% or max2%
Good Team members, Ambiance work culture, good annual increments
No career growth, useless leadership and sr. management
Management treat employees as slaveNo good hike, no guarantee of vp, all management personnel are looking for personal benefit, no respect for individuals...

Excellent brand - in india getting spoiled due to non competitive pay and unqualified middle management
Excellent brand - in india getting spoiled due to non competitive pay and unqualified middle management. You get excellent work life balance and a great collaborative work environment.
unspoken culture of "office first, family later",work becomes stagnant since most project are support based, working on challenging assignments is a matter of luck not merit, managers do gaslight employees, expect to be treated like a machine not a human, excess politics at supervisor and above level, can lose job anytime, very little opportunity to grow,
Has quota for women and promotions for women, pay is good if you join as experienced hire
dont adhere to own policies, expect retaliation if asking for roll off, expect salary cuts, future decided by managers mood not merit
Managers are very moody and no respect for juniors. Lots of favouritism. No work life balance. After office hours , you are expected to be available.Managers are not at all supportive. Working here feels like working at a pathetic call center. No encouragement from seniors. You are supposed to come to office despite flood like rain ( when nothing is working outside) and even during riots
Fun workplace Interesting work Active management Good work culture and ethics Decent promotions and benefits

The HR function does not have any say or even a voice in most cases to address issues of oppression and unacceptable behaviour. The place is run by people who value tenure more than skills and competency. Managers get away with rude behaviour so long as they are on good terms with their higher-ups.
No payroll on performance basis management politics I was the weekly performer at work but no growth provided and they put escalation which often occurs due to lack of proper training even they agree to it and for which the employee needs to stress as they would not help out on such situations
Compulsory OT, Extending Shift, Low Salary
They believe in freshers and gives them lots of opportunities to improve their personality skills and Management People are very humble so Freshers can approach them if they are facing any kind of issues.
Exposure to lot of technical stiuffs.
Here employees are treated like any other resources in process to achieve the project / company goal. It is good for fresher level employment. Learning opportunities are available but it needs you to explore and drive yourself to bag it, encouragement from management may bring extra mileage for the entry level of employment.
No importance to career growth at individual level
