I spent 9 years with Accenture, Bangalore. Leadership and Sr. Management are very very selfish, they want the project to be successful to get their name lime lighted with client and their managers, but the day you are done with the work, they don't know who you are. Until such time, all false promises. If more follow-ups are done about promotions, either they will talk about lot of unrealistic developmental areas or move you another project.Good thing is based on your performance you get good annual increments and bonus, but don't expect any career growth. You stay in the same level and get good salary, but one fine year your salary will hit wall of that higher bracket, next year your increment is 1% or max2%
Good Team members, Ambiance work culture, good annual increments
No career growth, useless leadership and sr. management
unspoken culture of "office first, family later",work becomes stagnant since most project are support based, working on challenging assignments is a matter of luck not merit, managers do gaslight employees, expect to be treated like a machine not a human, excess politics at supervisor and above level, can lose job anytime, very little opportunity to grow,
Has quota for women and promotions for women, pay is good if you join as experienced hire
dont adhere to own policies, expect retaliation if asking for roll off, expect salary cuts, future decided by managers mood not merit
Nothing Else about talk to this company because company as a BLESSING Accenture staff n Hr really Fantastic plz request you I have job appointed plz urgently required n request you Really fabulous Company I like it
Accenture interviews are easy. As a result they don't have good work force. Easy for skilled employees to grow. Free transport facility in India. Employees with on-demand skills get hot skill bonus. Hike and variable bonus reflect after 3 months. There is no job security at Accenture. Once somebody put into performance improvement program (PIP) they will be sent out without having chance to prove themselves to retain the job. PIP happens every year. There will be a target to nominate certain percentage of resources for PIP in every project. Managers and high salary employees have greater job risk. If they can give better job security this will be a great organization to work with.
Fun workplace Interesting work Active management Good work culture and ethics Decent promotions and benefits
Good companyInclusion and diversity Interesting work Active managementGood work culture and ethicsDecent promotions and benefits ,....................................................Lot of breadth in the work Accenture doesGlobal company with global policies
No payroll on performance basis management politics I was the weekly performer at work but no growth provided and they put escalation which often occurs due to lack of proper training even they agree to it and for which the employee needs to stress as they would not help out on such situations
Compulsory OT, Extending Shift, Low Salary
Pretty good compensation compared to other service based companies. Work is similar to any other service based companies. A lot depends on the project which you are working on. Additional benefits such as food claim and transport claim when you work on shift is really good
Claim transport and food on shoft
Accenture is overall a great place to work, however, it depends largely on which function within Accenture you are and who is your manager. There are many managers who are merely because of their tenure and network within the organization are surviving at senior positions and preventing growth of other potential employees. It used to be a very employee centric company during old days (during the days of late CEO Pierre Nanterme), but now it is no more the best place to work. However, Accenture has lot to offer to shape ones career and you will be challenged by very talented people around.
People, Training, Facilities, Travel, Salary
No opportunity for internal job movement - "easy to find a job outside than inside"
You will learn n explore for sure... You will meet the rightful skilled people ... The sad part is, the mentioned variable payout is just a gimmick and you will hardly get 1% of it and the rest 99% goes into accenture Bank...you will have to work for longer durations without any extra pay...job these days is also not so secured...
Working exposure... Career growth
Long working hours... Less pay n zero varaible payout...cheap politics
Accenture is very good company if you are here to learn new things. After locked down work pressure has been increased and you are asked to work more than 12 hours a day which is very bad. So think what suits you before joining this company.
Great learning exposure.
Less Salary for the amount of work you do.
Worst job, long work hours, learnt nothing but how to work in MS Excel, workplace culture is bad, only local people get the advantage. there is no enjoyable part of this job.
Long work hours, less salary, no future scope, no job security, no job satisfaction
There are lot of opportunities to learn the process and enhance our skills by attending the trainings and other workshops. But the management of some of the BPM projects are so pathetic and Accenture brand name is ruining from that.
Long hours, no good salary hike or increment, promotion
Reliable company.Culture depends on the projects and its managers......If the candidate is willing to learn thats good company provides oppurtunities but no benefits for the efforfs.
