Worst company to work for

This is worst company to work for.This is my first service based company and i have decided that I'm never going to work for any service based company here after.Lots of politics, no appraisals, zero management. Higher management doesn't care about employees. Too much client centric. People in team are more interested in demoralizing others than actual work. humiliating everyone in the team. Hate my time here. It's very bad.No work life balance

Management and salary benefits are below average ( basically for freshers or less experienced people)

My experience with the management and salary benefits at this company has been disappointing, especially for freshers or less experienced individuals. The management team has consistently demonstrated a lack of guidance and support, leaving new employees feeling lost and undervalued.One of the major concerns is the absence of effective mentorship programs or career development initiatives. Freshers are left to navigate their roles without proper guidance, hindering their growth potential. This lack of investment in employees' professional development is disheartening and does not foster a positive work environment.Furthermore, the salary benefits provided by this company are well below industry standards. Freshers and less experienced employees are offered wages that are considerably lower than what their counterparts in similar positions receive elsewhere. This significant wage gap can lead to demotivation and feelings of being undervalued, which ultimately hampers productivity and job satisfaction.It is crucial for companies to invest in their employees, especially those at the beginning of their careers. good to work on Java and it is mostly service based but have good clients to work with good work life balance and clients treat the employees well and its good overall

Morgan Stanley Client is best

Good Work Life Balance. Good Growth. Management is bit slow. MS client is amazing. Pay roll growth is less. Appraisals get slow sometimes. No Bonus payouts.

Highly recommended, Enjoyable and learning place

The people are helpful, from managers to colleagues. Your shift depends on the client requirements. Work from hone is given if your team has no issue with that. In all, much better than other service based organisations. Great leadership leading Accolite.

It was nice work place but reporting hirarchy is not good

Overall company culture is good but not sure whom to approach if face any issues during work. Manager is just name sake for approval of attendance and if employees has any queries no answers

Uncertain system

It depends on your PM.some are very professional while many are ruthless and partial. Bcoz of which you may loss your peace. Never seen/heard this much politics in any IT company

no growth and no learning you will only get only legacy desktop appsplease don't join accolite

joining accolite was my worst decision it killed my development skills and three months non-negotiable notice period made switching really difficult for me please don't join it even if you don't have any other offers

Had bad experience

Working hours are too long till night 3pm,and nobody cares. U do not get ot + no holiday not even Sunday. I would not recommend anyone to apply specially Talent acquisition team.

Very good environment to work

The company is very good to work on for beginners. One gets to learn a lot on new technologies. The work life balance is also good. The company provides good infrastructure to the employees .

Productive

It all depends on which project you get, overall it is a good experience. Company is growing fast and getting more clients every quarter but most of the people are allocated to BFSI domain project.

Fine Place for Experienced People

Not a good place for freshers. Idiotic management and shrewd policies. No such thing as work-life balance. One is expected to work 24x7. Salary structure very misleading especially for freshers.

Accolite has work from home policy & provides flexibility in many aspects without impacting deliverable's which I think is a fair ask Pleasant Work Environment
