creating versatile daily activities

Making sure that all resident have the choice to participating in the activities for that day. Each day i learn to deal with unexpected hiccups that may occur. Each day i address the management and my co-workers what activity will take place. Personally i do not find my job hard,however there can be many challenges and the most enjoyable part of the job are succeeding in resolving any problems because that is what i thrive on.
