Its a small company.. but can learn more things if we have knowledge we can learn more and they will give us new projects.i have learned more things.. Management should get improve. Rarer than giving concentrate to new joinee concentrate on old employee... They r providing all facility to new joinees... If u show and respect the efforts of old employee they wont quit the job... No cab facilities for ladies employee during late night extension.. No foods...Even though negative there also its a right place to learn more experience gain knowledge.. upgrowing company .. Fun activities are there ... But very less.. Always hitting targets productivity qualities ... Pressure full at the month end ..

Bad working environment with no room for improvement for employees

Typically, a day of work involves fixing recurring bugs on a single project that has different versions. Poor management and no respect for employee's effort and hardwork. Delayed Hike and sometimes none at all.

About Acurus Solutions Its a place to learn about to healthcare Bpo, But there is no cab facility, they says some salary package and provide a different package(i.e., lower amount) . Co-workers and Team Leaders are friendly and helping to learn about the process of work. The hardest part of the job is the work targets are above the employees capability. Are you a freshers in Billing process have 1 yrs and for Medical coding 2yrs

Productive and lots of learning curve

My typical days work will be:-Responsible for days deliverable-Productivity and quality monitor-Physician consultant for our EHR and RCM software development-Attending project coordinators meeting-Data analysis of the previous days productivity and quality-Physician specific data collection for Electronic health record development-Key role in ICD-9 to ICD-10 conversion

Pros

good learning edge in different specialities, whole rcm management and exposure to ehr development as physician consultant, attended 3 management programmes and certified in management inside organization

Cons

practically it is very difficult to convince physicians, for the usage of ehr and to follow guidelines, for which we have to work a lot to make them happy and thats way we do
