Its a small company.. but can learn more things if we have knowledge we can learn more and they will give us new projects.i have learned more things.. Management should get improve. Rarer than giving concentrate to new joinee concentrate on old employee... They r providing all facility to new joinees... If u show and respect the efforts of old employee they wont quit the job... No cab facilities for ladies employee during late night extension.. No foods...Even though negative there also its a right place to learn more experience gain knowledge.. upgrowing company .. Fun activities are there ... But very less.. Always hitting targets productivity qualities ... Pressure full at the month end ..

Always aims to work differently and unique than others Try to minimize the work load that we are facing at work From management- try to frame "n" no. of rules in achieving the client deliverables coworkers- Fun at work and learn things which I don't know Hardest part of Job-Time is very short Most enjoyable part of job- Day to day learning curve goes up
