Bad working environment with no room for improvement for employees

Typically, a day of work involves fixing recurring bugs on a single project that has different versions. Poor management and no respect for employee's effort and hardwork. Delayed Hike and sometimes none at all.

Problem in Salary Providing

About Acurus Solutions Its a place to learn about to healthcare Bpo,
But there is no cab facility, they says some salary package and provide a different package(i.e., lower amount) .
Co-workers and Team Leaders are friendly and helping to learn about the process of work. The hardest part of the job is the work targets are above the employees capability.
Are you a freshers in Billing process have 1 yrs and for Medical coding 2yrs

I have learn so many things about my work. Co-workers are friendly with each other. whenever there is a work ,we have to work without the time limit.If we dont have much work,we will be liberal in workplace.
