Overall experience I would say was not so bad and vise versa!! Payment depends on how much lines produced with what accuracy!! Have to sit long hours for good earning!

There is shift flexibility when needed. There is opportunity to work multiple accounts to help ensure enough work. Management is responsive and fair with expectations clearly communicated. Great flexibility

Acusis is the best company to work for if you are looking for flexibility and a great work/life balance. Work flow can be variable seasonally but is consistent most of the time. A few weeks a year typically requires some over time and a few weeks a year the work is quite light. Most of the work handled by the US team are good dictators and easy rules (close to industry standards).

The work was little bit stressful.

I was working there 8 years before. At that time, things are different. Now things have changed a lot. When I worked there, medical transcription was a hot job, but now it is sinking and is almost gone. So they have also started treating accordingly as per the demand. So, overall I would say when I was working there, environment was quite good not only there, but also everywhere.
