A good company for females, for males only night shift

After joining they'll put you in night shift.Only for girls candidates company is good.Their only one goal is deduct the salary of employees, you're late, you took phone on workspace, your break timing, your productivity everything effects on your salary. The management have no manners of talking to the employees need to change the environment of the office.

It's a good company for a fresher with zero co-operate experience

Over all company has a good culture and well behaved mangers, they provided proper training to there new joins and they give allots of Opportunity to explore and learns about different cms tools etc

Extremely Pathetic work environment

The company seems to be nice initially but later on they put a lot of pressure, they expect you to work like animals all day and night. The work environment is extremely unsafe and unprofessional , moreover they under pay the employees I would highly recommend you to not join this company

The culture at Best Company is by far the greatest asset. You can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast paced. I don't dread coming into work on Monday mornings and the managers are extremely patient and understanding.
