Bad work life and they don't have any mercy on the teaching staff makes their life bad. Bad quality of education too and students are frustrated with them too. Worst to work and for study.

Very bad work environment. No appreciation, no work life balance, no increment, lobby is there. If you can oil in some persons feet, you can have your job. Performance doesn't matter at all.

Very risky for career advancement. Very comfortable for salary point of view. Very conservative; neither develop nor give others to develop. Outer infrastructure is good, but failed to required to develop wisdom.

Manager is self oriented. He has no self decission. They are trying to safe there job. This will never help to the sector for development. The company is developing. The administrative staffs have not been intake according the company QRA. Only owner's sharp glance is the key of the company.
