Salary issues is major concern,management is not so supportive and it changes frequently,no proper cordination.Hospitality to new employess is not so good.No other benifits apart from salary.

it gave me experience to work under pressure. I used to work over time because of work load. It was a good experience. the students are very co-operative and you learn to develop yourself.

Very risky for career advancement. Very comfortable for salary point of view. Very conservative; neither develop nor give others to develop. Outer infrastructure is good, but failed to required to develop wisdom.
