it gave me experience to work under pressure. I used to work over time because of work load. It was a good experience. the students are very co-operative and you learn to develop yourself.

Very risky for career advancement. Very comfortable for salary point of view. Very conservative; neither develop nor give others to develop. Outer infrastructure is good, but failed to required to develop wisdom.

Long work hours. But safe and secure jobs, with ample opportunities to advance your career. Management level is good with CEO taking charge of situations pretty well.
