In Adani culture, the employee should pay attention to the problem related to transfer, due to which there is a lot of problem in making balance in personal life. Because of this the employee leaves Adani job.

Stressful and Low Paid Job

For amount of work done we don't get enough salary.Management is very toxic and there is lot of favoritism on offer.People who stick here are those who have no higher ambition in life.Top level management don't listen to grievances or pay heed to it.Compromise on Safety and Quality is done on regular basis.
