A good place to work
Associate Account Executive (Current Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - March 31, 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedAdfactors is your place if you want to be in the PR industry. Adfactors has the most prominent Indian and international clients of all. The work environment is chill. It would depend on where you're working and in which team. Working hours are also nice and flexible.

Company with transparency and safety at workplace
Content Writer (Current Employee) - Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra - August 29, 2023
As a Content Writer, the work is limited to PR documents and allied account servicing work. In case you are in the digital team or PR team, there is very less scope of continuous content work. Some factors that put me off while working are - casual dressing, less or long periods of no work, team switching needs to be initiated if you want to get more work. No skill upgradation beyond the content writer role. I waited for 1.5 years to complete to apply for Talent Transfer Program. Some good factors are - Flexi hours, safe workplace, on time salary, huge space to work, transparency at senior leadership level
Pros
Flexi hours, safe workplace, on time salary, huge space to work, transparency at senior leadership level
Cons
casual dressing, less or long periods of no work, team switching needs to be initiated if you want to get more work. No skill upgradation

different types of stress relieving workshops and sessions
Account Executive (Former Employee) - India - March 19, 2018
AD Factors PR being one of the leading Public Relation Agency have all the benefits for the employs, work environment was very ethical and light, there was a gap between the professional and personal life. The company have given me the utmost exposure for stretching out my ideas to the client, I used to connect directly with the client and solve day to day problems within the speculated time which has given me the desired skills for handling the problems on my own. Guidance and support from my seniors was there all the time, they have supported me throughout my work period and beyond that also, they have also taught me how to lead a good and ethic full life. Different sessions for different skills were a part of our weekly meetings, if anyone in the company feels that they are lacking in one particular field or skill, the management used to take care of that and find the possible way outs for it to enhance our skill and knowledge for the industry.
Pros
Happy environment
Cons
Long working hours
