Adit is good place for fresher's, they will get many new things to learn and good opportunities. Adit culture is quite good and you will enjoy working here.All festivals are celebrated in adit, birthdays and every thing is celebrated here.

Most of the allocated duties are completed on a day-to-day basis. There's a excellent and systematic workflow / SOW. It's an average management. Culture is fine. In the office, they hardly carry out any activities.
