The management is responsive and proficient in comprehending the needs of the working groups for achieving the goals & milestones of the business model of the organisation.
Better workplace for fresher and we'll hike in your career, good management, job not weel secured , if you do not perform well you may fire at any time.
Every private sector job is demanding and organisation knows about there strength and weakness, but in ABFL the decion making is very Time consuming and cumbersome process although the management finds the problem With consensus and very well understand the solutions but the decision making or actionable on it is very long process in the organisation.

It was a good feeling with working at Aditya Birla group. The staff attitude was very nice. It was a good experience . Management was good . The work environment was very friendly.
salary was too low but whereas the management was moderate and it could be better ...
the hr was regional hr and the hr does not solve the staff problem quickly
I had to leave the group due to my corrupt boss. Who was caught later on and sacked. Other changed the company.
Very clean working , seniors very helpful. CHRD plays very good roll in over all development and career planning of employees.

Aditya Birla group company is very biggest and rich. But In the company small format as pantaloons in management level is very bad. Staff not satisfied with mangers and management

Its good exposure here in ABG. Getting great knowledge of Consumer Insights and Market research. Work culture is really good. Senior management helps in every step.My typical day at work includes Data research, meeting with sales team, getting insights from customers.
Very tough eorking conditions where i was posted but professional management and good working environment with good facilities. I would like to love work again in this orginazation for another location

It is a good company to start with and requires a lot of patience and hard work to fit in here.

I have met som egreat peers at ABG, and enjoyed my time here and learned a lot.
But my learning and contribution would have been much higher if the Group didnt run on heirarchy and approvals.
