Job Insecurity

There is no job security. Employees get terminated overnight. Assigned work unrelated to ones domain. Every session, almost the entire set of employees changes

Its one of the best school. Everyone will be getting job satisfaction.. Teachers get the scope to make them grow in this school..But it is little outskirt .
