Good work culture
SDE Intern (Former Employee) - Noida, Uttar Pradesh - June 26, 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedInteresting work and great colleagues - Adobe cares about it's people. Would recommend Adobe as a place to work. Always learning due to fast product development. However, progression to leadership roles is difficult as there are few opportunities.

A very good company with a very bad, Leadership and management in India.
Sr. Network Security Engineer (Current Employee) - Noida - September 6, 2023
The policies are good and employee friendly but it is apparently just on paper. the management specially in India is bad. Too much politics, non-functional employee grievance system. Compensation is good, you get a lot of added benefits promoting learning and development but bad management can spoil everything.

Free lunch, dinner
Sr. Consultant (Former Employee) - Noida - April 27, 2023
Free lunch, dinner and job security, thats the only pros I have. All the other things are cons if you cannot laugh at manager jokes or cannot go with your manager for smoke. Atleast in India, it is like this.
Pros
Free lunch, dinner and job security
Cons
Everything else, even for promotion... if you cannot go well with the manager.

Worst working environment for remote
Program Manager (Former Employee) - Bangalore City, Karnataka - April 19, 2023
The management is full of hypocrisy. They don't value employees. If you are a bootlicker then you will get promoted. They also tell something and won't let others to grow and management will also support them.
Cons
Never join partner experience team as contractor. They will ruin your life

Jobs at Adobe
A great choice for settling down
Technical Support Engineer (Current Employee) - Noida, Uttar Pradesh - October 27, 2022
Personal Growth: Adobe is fantastic; it provides every possible benefit a company can. They reimburse an excellent amount for your educational purposes, be it a certification or a degree or any course, they will reimburse that. Apart from that, your managers will do a regular one on one to discuss the expectations & goals set for you so you continue doing good for yourself and the company. Wellness: Adobe also reimburses a lot of things that one can buy for their mental or physical welness, like any hobby classes you wish to take or gym equipments. Compensation & Appraisal: The compensation is decent and along with the benefits & shift allowances (if you are eligible), it does seem handsome. Appraisals are also good. The Vendor workers might not get shift allowances and all the benefits, so that's a con. Culture: Work culture is great, it is very helping. The people are the best part of this organization. Office: Office has everything, from free meals to free milkshakes, and from various sports facilities to rest rooms, everything is great.

Great company to work for, but really low on salary as per the industry
Account Manager (Current Employee) - Noida, Uttar Pradesh - October 8, 2022
Adobe is a great organisation, great work culture, good management and job security. The salary is not really up-to mark as per the industry and competitors, considering the tax slabs in India. Otherwise this company is awesome! You will have ample time with your family and they provide great benefits.
Pros
Free lunch, Health Insurance, Goodies, Rewards and Recognitions, Cheap Adobe Software for family
Cons
Poor Salary
