The worst place to work full of politics

Full of politics don't go there no management an embarrassing situation to work and the worst place ever and they every day you have to stretch and no pay for that

One who wants to start career can refer this company

No job security, pay is not enough for livelihood,Stressful long streching hour's, although some supervisor are great they support you at every step and rest of them are pathetic.

Upper management was not good.

I have worked more than a year but I did not see any growth opportunity. Not concern and benefits to Executive problems. Harsh behaviour, taunting on asking for leave. You can't take your on leave if you asked them a month before. They will deny you did not inform.

Good worplace and learning environment

Work place is good, if anybody want to develop their comm skill so its better for that but management is very poor and they always do partiality.

Productive and fun.......

Not supportive and management is pathetic, they only love to play politics no matter one loses his or her job. Company is known a company when people work there but looks like few people think they own the company and acts as if Aegis is end of world, no more companies left. Completely unprofessional. People who are responsible running the management forgets one thing which actually is a fact. What goes around comes around.

If you’re looking out for a chilled place to work for sometime, go for it. But there is no growth. Do not expect breaks on time. But work is good. Pressure is average. Mediocre place to work.

No job security

Workplace culture was fine but too much of pressure from higher up's. They ask us to work on weekends too but they used to pay for it. Always problems with the transportation team. No job security or what so ever.

Aegis customer support now merged as Startek

Worst company ever across Its for Human resource & Management as well , they utilise employees like slaves and when the situation accrues like Covid - 19 recently the company has to accept with gutts telling they don't have proper resources or systems atlist they have to inform they cannot afford money to employee insted sending termination Letters to employees house address .

Nothing found great it was worst experiences, flexible timings and no fixed break timings

No proper canteen for employees and cab facilities are pathetic .

Ok ok job

Lots of changes n lots of employee benefits to be added. Salary is not sufficient. Perks are minimal. Esic feature not for all. Appraisal procedure is worse. Year on year hike is like peanuts.

Salary issue & working achievement

There is no benefits of salary grow on the based off experience.and this types of skills for not standard increase for position just like first of fall I am fresher and after experience there is no benefits of learning experience for position.

Aegis is one of my best company where i excel my skill

Aegis is one of my best companies where I have excel my skill in Digital media, as Customer Success, Product manager, Support, Product development, and analytics. This is the company given me multiple functional opportunities across my experience and I was learnt the business and company culture in and out.
