Salary r very less but there is a kind of jhandu people who r ready to work in dis type of pay scale dats y company r never hired much more than 10 k .its all about the useless guys who r ready to join in10 k and the company hv a clever policy if they get a staff of 10 to 12 k then y they r hired 15 to 16 k in a months

Not satisfied with salary
The reason is allmost I was complete my 4 year also I have promoted to TL off pepar but this company not relize by pepar also not increase my salary ..
It is very difficult to survive in Bangalore with that salary so i quit the job
Growth prospect
No I would hav not left tat organization, I felt for my personal reasons.
