Very reputed organization in MR industry.
Job Culture is very good but Work pressure is too high even client requirement is highly importance here.
Very fast growing company but no any internal protocol here and everything is depend on client.

Unnecessary salary cutting , unnecessary pressure, behavior not good , Do not give the salaries at the right time , Salary does not increase , freelancer payments too late
Usage of email is not promoted but calling it makes life difficult more because you end up handling calls entire day.
Few employees are politics free.
