They would not gave clearness.After finished notice period,they will start miss behaviour. Management system is very bad. No employee facility like room rent, food, traveling.

It was good experience to work with Aeron. They are providing me to develop a new Product development with own decisions. But salary structure and exit interview experience is horrible.

Very bad management

No one is good with employees, they don't give you appointment latter or other certificate at any cost, salary deduction is very frequently without any reason, not provided you a single facilities.

Work atmosphere is good but management is tremendous.

Working in Aeron Composite was my life's biggest mistake ever. If u want to learn something and want to move on for same field then it's quite good. But if you're thinking about your career for good bucks and benefits. It's really tremendous. They just want working robots.
