o Review of all MEP related preliminary & detailed design Drawings and giving NONO with concurrence from Project Manager. o Preparation & Review of Shop drawings. o Preparation of All Method of statements with relevant codes and standards to meet the project requirement. o Execution of all Construction related Drawings in the stream of MEP with conceptual Architectural and Structural drawings. o Monitoring, Execution and commissioning of all MEP Systems (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm & BMS etc,) o Participate meeting with client, consultant and system sub contractors. o Co-Ordination with Design and Purchase Dept. to solve the issues an immediate basis. o Work co-ordination with GC & CMRL Staffs o Time management, Cost & Quality control. o Completion of project work as per schedule. o Check and prepare the SOP as per actual execution and scope of work. o Carrying out installation of all Electrical works in Chennai Metro Rail Project, Under ground stations & Tunnels. o Material & Manpower arrangement. o Co-ordination with System wide contractor in (AFC gate , Signal & Telecom, Lift & Escalator , Track power system in head rails).
