Good learning experience

Great exposure to learn construction works. Client Handling, Technical Assessment, Contractor Handling are a part of the job. Both technical as well as managerial skills could be learned.

Job oriented

Worked as site Supervisor by designation, but sometimes shouldered higher responsibilities of site engineers. The job was challenging. I was rewarded everytime I did something special and such things happened several times in my short period service of service there. The Company was a good place for those who were in a position to take risks. Expect job security others were good 37 years back.Present position not known.

In Afcons Infrastructure Limited, I have learnt a lot. In tennure of 5 to 6 years I have seen 7 Project Management, Every Project Management Teams were different. Every Management Team manage the project differently. But I have learnt that proper Planning and executing the job in real time is very important that will not only help to benefit management but at the same time it will help to save lot of time, money and reduce the future dispute and claims. The company is having strong management from top to bottom and always looks for innovative team building matrix.

Some sort of Site Management,are worst(Groupism,old primitive mentality)

Where world is going on revolution,there this company is keeping some sort of Old fellows,who are working for their personal welfare.They are the cancer of this company,as per today's construction world's competition.This kind of Primitive fellows,don't want new thouths/methods/comers,as they have made this company to keep their own relatives and made this noble company as their own buisness.All are corrupted.
